Web spiders, scrapers, LLMs and data-mining
Unauthorized access to, and use of, our data and services is strictly prohibited. You may not use automated systems, including but not limited to web crawlers, spiders, or similar technologies, to access, extract, or gather data from our Services without our express written consent, except for the explicit purpose of internet search engine indexing.
Furthermore, the use of our data to train large language models (LLMs) or any other artificial intelligence systems is strictly prohibited unless such data is explicitly purchased from us, for the express purpose of training such models. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our Services and may subject you to legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages and injunctive relief.

If we choose arbitration, it will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association, and the arbitration will be held in Calgary, Alberta.
